b. Subscription Plans: Pedal offers various subscription plans through auto-renewable in-app purchases. These plans may include a first-time use trial period. Subscriptions are non-refundable.
c. Limitations Without Subscription: The app may have limitations without an active subscription.
4. Account Requirement
Pedal does not require users to create an account to use the app. You can enjoy basic functionality without providing personal information.
5. App Use Restrictionss
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Violate any laws, rules, or regulations.

- Pedal supports iCloud, enabling users to sync recorded data across devices connected to the same Apple ID where iCloud is enabled.
c. Strava Integration:
- Users can optionally connect Pedal to Strava to share recorded workouts.
- To enable Strava integration, users must grant access to their Strava account, providing Pedal with read access to all profile information, write access to create manual activities and uploads, and access to edit visible activities based on the activity read access level.
- By default, the following data is shared with Strava: date, title, type, duration, distance, and description. Location and route sharing are optional and enabled by default.
2. Data Security and Storage
- All recorded data is stored locally on the user's device and is not shared with external third parties.
- Data syncing through iCloud is encrypted to ensure the security of information across user devices.
3. User Accounts
- Pedal does not require users to create an account. Your data is stored locally on your device and is not associated with a Pedal-specific account.
4. Permissions
- Pedal requests location and photo library access on first use. While these permissions are optional, enabling them ensures the proper functioning of the app.
